D.E.K. News Update-WINTERTIME! 2006
Happy New Year to you all! What a great year 2005
was, and now, as we head into '06, we are hard at work on our 3rd
effort of noise. On December 10, we went into Jupiter Studios (here in
Seattle) with our Producer, Derek O'Brien, for a "pre-Production"
recording session. In just a day, we laid down 8 songs, and really got
a feel for where our new music is headed! We've got lots of work to do
before we go back in the studio on February 19 for a 12-day
"Let's-create-our-3rd-CD Experience"! But, we're all very excited and
having a BLAST making music together. We'll have even more details on that later...
Our Official Videographer (doesn't EVERY band have one...?) who we
affectionately call "Bad Otis", was in town Dec. 9 for our "Happy
Holidays X-mas Party" which we celebrated at The LAB with our good
friends Strike One and Agent Apathy. There was a huge turnout, so
special thanks to all you Northwest DEK-heads-and it was a GREAT way to
end an already stellar year! Oh yeah!... Bad Otis brought with him, his
latest creation for our Video Library! It's titled...(drum roll, please
Thani!)
"Evolution Revolution # 2-Electric Boogaloo HOLIDAY EDITION" !!
It's a funky, funny and fun DVD and we would like to send it out to our
